1 on 1 Onboarding
Our team will always be in contact to provide instructions and answer questions. Typically, we create a WhatsApp or Discord group for faster communication if needed.
Branding
As soon as we receive your order, we'll contact you via email to request your preferred colors for positive and negative values, and your logo. If you don't have a logo yet, we can deploy the journal without it and add it later.
Collecting Payments
We use Stripe to collect payments from subscribers. Stripe is the largest payment processor globally and accepts all major cards. We’ll provide instructions on how to connect your account to receive payments directly.
Domain
Initially, we deploy your journal on our domain (e.g., yourbrand.tradevipe.com). You can use it as is or have it transferred to a new domain or a custom subdomain (e.g., journal.yourbrand.com).
Klaviyo Connection
If you have a Klaviyo account, we can connect it to the app to help you start building an email list, create flows, and run campaigns.
Choose Your Pricing
You can set your subscription price or choose to offer it for free. Partners typically charge between $30/month and $60/month. If you get only one new subscriber every month at $35/month, you will make $2,730 in one year.

Our goal is not to compete with other platforms. We provide a product that genuinely adds value to traders and that can serve as a reliable side income. It is possible to scale it to a very good level as we’ve shown throughout the video with some of our clients, but our main goal is to provide a personalized journal that you can offer to your community to improve their trading experience and strengthen your brand’s value.
Not at all, all of the backend is handled by us, all administration fees with database and such are handled by us, you don’t have to worry about anything, only getting new users to your journal.
If you already have a community, it is easier, of course, but everybody needs a journal, a lot of people are still using home-made spreadsheets, and a lot of people don’t want to pay as much as the trading journal services out there are charging, so you can easily get your first users by DMing traders that are close to you, creating a demonstration video on YouTube, putting out content on your Instagram page, etc. Remember that it only takes acquiring 1 user/month to be profitable.
A lot of people ask us how we deal with customer support and questions from users. We usually leave a contact email on the footer of every page of the app, where we can put your social media links as well, so the users are able to contact you directly. In case you don’t want to deal with the support, we can put our own support email and handle everything from here.
